FireNZE’s work will be on the basis of agreed Engineering New Zealand short form contract subject to negotiated endorsements and exclusions.
Our fee structure is based on a competitive hourly rate for professional services. For well-defined projects we may offer a capped-fee. A refundable deposit may be required.
Products and services are subject to confidentiality and Intellectual Property (IP) agreements. The IP component of our products and services is transferred to the client on the completion of the contract and settlement of account.
FireNZE will arrange professional indemnity, public and statutory liability insurance to meet your needs.
